Confidence. Awareness. The Skill to Survive.
Be Your Own First Responder
While China is widely considered one of the safest countries in the world, personal safety is a responsibility that cannot be outsourced. For women—whether students, expatriates, or professionals—the risk of harassment, stalking, or domestic violence remains a reality.
Aegis Eagle’s Women’s Personal Safety Program is not a fitness class. It is a survival course. We take the tactical principles used by our professional Close Protection Officers and adapt them for civilian women. We teach you how to use leverage, psychology, and biomechanics to overcome a larger, stronger aggressor.
Our Philosophy: Brains Over Brawn
We do not teach complex martial arts that require years to master. We teach Bio-Hacks—simple, gross-motor movements that work under high stress.
1. 90% is Awareness (The Mental Game) The best fight is the one that never happens.
- Intuition: Learning to trust your "gut feeling" and recognizing the pre-attack indicators (the "interview" phase) of a predator.
- Boundaries: How to use your voice and body language to set a hard boundary ("BACK OFF!") that deters opportunists.
2. The "Stun & Run" Principle We accept the reality: an attacker is likely larger and heavier.
- The Goal: We don't teach you to "win" a fight or submit an opponent. We teach you to inflict immediate pain (shock) to vital points (eyes, throat, groin) to create a 3-second window for escape.
What You Will Learn (Curriculum)
1. Anti-Abduction & Grab Release
When someone grabs your wrist, hair, or throat.
- Technique: Utilizing leverage points (the thumb, the joint) to break a grip instantly, regardless of the attacker's strength.
2. Ground Defense
If you are knocked down.
- Technique: How to protect your head, keep the attacker away with your legs, and the technical "stand-up" to get back on your feet without being vulnerable.
3. Scenario-Based Safety
We address the specific threats women face in modern urban environments:
- The "Ride-Share" Scenario: Safety protocols for taking taxis/Didis alone at night. What to do if the driver goes off-route.
- The "Elevator" Scenario: Managing space in confined areas with a suspicious stranger.
- Nightlife Safety: Drink spiking awareness and how to extract yourself or a friend from an aggressive suitor in a club.
4. Improvised Weapons
You are already armed.
- Technique: Turning everyday items—your phone, keys, pen, or handbag—into effective defensive tools.
